Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will respond to the case of a person (details supplied) who applied in 2001 for an interdepartmental transfer under a previous set of central transfer scheme guidelines but who was required to conform to new standards put in place days after she had made the initial transfer application and, as a consequence, has not been able to avail of the transfer options available to her in the intervening period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
