158 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Transport the number of warning letters in each of the years since and including 2002 which he has received from the EU Commission in respect of his Department’s failure to transpose EU legislation into Irish law; the particular legislation in each case; if that legislation has since been transposed into Irish law; if it is still outstanding; if still outstanding, the date by which it was meant to have been transposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
