Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 160 of 6 April 2016, if he will direct Allied Irish Banks, as a State-owned bank, to provide the information requested, namely, the value of approved mortgages that are outside the normal 80% cap for non-first-time buyers or the equivalent cap for first-time buyers under the Central Bank of Ireland's macro-prudential lending rules and to show this figure as a percentage of the total approved mortgages since the rules came into operation and as a figure for 2016 mortgages to date, in tabular form, as was provided by Permanent TSB in the same reply; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
