PQ 98

99 Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the extensive delays in issuing IDs to contractors under the better home energy scheme; in view of the delay, if he will amend the scheme to allow those contractors who were formerly registered under the greener homes scheme to use those IDs until the new registrations are supplied; if his further attention has been drawn to the fact that the delay will mean many qualified contractors will go out of business; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
