Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if he will identify where in employment legislation au pairs are provided for as a class of worker for whom all relevant protections under employment law apply; and if au pairs are not provided for in existing legislation, the way he will ensure this category of worker is protected where it is not clear, through no fault of the individual, that he or she working under a contract of employment on a full-time or part-time basis.
