   Het voorstel van de leden Omtzigt (CDA) en Van Weyenberg (D66) is adopted. Het AO Voorstellen van de Europese Unie ter uitvoering van de BEPS-afspraken dat is gepland op woensdag 9 maart 2016 van 10.00 - 13.30 wordt verplaatst naar donderdag 10 maart 2016 van 15.00 – 18.30 uur. Het AO on the vervallen van de vrijstelling voor zeehavens (artikel 6c van de Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting 1969) wordt verplaatst naar de eerst volgende mogelijkheid.
