Summary
That this House welcomes the presence in the division lobbies on 7th March of the Right honourable Member for Glasgow, Anneisland, and the honourable Member for Fife Central, to vote on an issue unconnected with Scotland; contrasts this with their zero ratings, according to the Library, for participation in any divisions in Session 1999-2000 to 31st January 2000; and encourages more Labour rebellions on such measures as the Criminal Justice (Mode of Trial) (No. 2) Bill, in order to improve the dismal voting records of Scottish honourable Members.
