Summary
leave out after 'to' and insert 'Mr Oktay Kayalp, the real Mayor of Famagusta who has been elected by the people who live there, and to the Turkish Cypriot people of that city who were forced to flee within its ancient walls in 1974 to escape the barbarous attacks of Greek Cypriot militia upon their men, women and children; calls upon the world to recognise the genocide of the Turkish Cypriot population attempted by the Greek Cypriots in 1963, 1967, and 1974; and calls upon the world to stop participating in the illegal and unjustified Greek Cypriot embargo upon Turkish Cypriot trade and communications, to end the 37 year-old fiction that there is only one government in Cyprus, and to recognise the government elected by the Turkish Cypriot people without further delay.'.
