To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will take steps to ensure that railway season ticket holders are not financially disadvantaged as a result of the November 2020 covid-19 restrictions.

Answer
Season ticket holders who no longer need their tickets as a result of the new restrictions are entitled to request a refund for the time remaining on their ticket, as stated in the National Rail Conditions of Travel.
