    Answer

    The Defence Nuclear Enteprise, which delivers our nuclear deterrent, is a cornerstone of our national security. Excluding the Defence Nuclear Enterprise investment of £9.4 billion in financial year 2023-24, defence spending would have been 1.9% of GDP.
