Require landfills that cause smells and toxins near residential areas to close

Summary

I want the government to look into revoking licenses from landfill sites that continue to dump large amount of waste, causing hydrogen sulphide to be emitted into the atmosphere. Hydrogen Sulphide could cause respiratory issues to residents nearby the landfill, and also cause an unwanted smell. I am concerned that landfill sites that are causing issues are continuing to operate.
