Summary
To help the government train people into work, it should involve the education department involved by overhauling and refunding further educational colleges to support more adults with full time courses that have been reduced to just 16-18 under the previous government. Mainstream colleges should offer more support for people with SEN as well, it's so unfair how people over 18 can't have the option to do a basic level 1 course such as sports or childcare, I think this needs to change to help fix our colleges to make adults trained for work.
