Summary

To prohibit vaping by law in enclosed workplaces, public buildings and on public transport. Since 1 October 2015, the sale of nicotine vaping products to under-18s in England and Wales has been prohibited. It is also an offence, subject to a fixed penalty, for an adult to purchase nicotine vaping products for someone under the age of 18.
