Change interim driving disqualifications from 6 months to until sentencing.

Summary

We think anyone convicted of a driving offence should have a full driving ban until sentencing, with no exceptions, so there is no chance of that person being able to drive whilst waiting for sentencing. We believe this could reduce undue stress on victims and victims families.
