Stop benefits and free healthcare for immigrants who have not worked in the UK

I urge the Government to prevent all immigrants who have not worked and paid UK tax & national insurance in the UK for a minimum of 5 years, from accessing benefits and free healthcare. I believe this will benefit the U.K. massively in economic terms. It could help stop people living off the state, which I believe is out of control, unsustainable and is the intention of many people who come to the UK.
