Ban dogs from indoor restaurants and other premises selling prepared food

Summary

We believe this measure would improve the management of hygiene and protect people who are averse to dogs. All too often we see dogs in restaurants on seats, being fed or even eating from their owners plates. We think many dog owners are unable or unwilling to manage their own pets and restaurants may be understandably reluctant to intervene. We think a clear legal duty would clarify the present rules
