Summary
When someone writes your car off or damages your car, even if the insurance company has paperwork from the other side which proves they are to blame, they may put your car insurance up. We think this is wrong and should be made illegal. The law states that to drive a Vehicle on any of the UKs Roads you have to have Insurance. We feel car insurance is very expensive but it become unfairly expensive when insurance companies increase your car insurance after a no fault accident the following year. Many cases are settled, so they are aware whose fault it was. We need the Government to ban this practice.
