Summary
I want the government to put stricter regulations in place that prevent perpetrators being able to enter a plea bargain. I feel the justice system is failing us every day and helping to protect abusers despite the evidence being provided. If they have previous DV offences, I think it shows patterns of behaviour and a lack of desire to change.
