Summary
Lower the UK partner visa income threshold back to £18,600 for ALL genuine couples already living together in the UK. We think that the £29,000 requirement unfairly prevents many couples from staying together despite contributing to the UK economy and society. We think it’s ludicrous that people entering illegally get free accommodation and money, while legal immigrants who contribute and work hard are blocked by this unfair, two tier system.
