Summary
We want a review of the NHS cancer treatment protocols, including awareness and use of drugs not commonly used for cancer treatment but repurposed (so called off label drugs), and supplements. With chemotherapy alone costing the NHS at least £1.4 billion annually and the treatments still failing much of the time the time has come to consider funding robust clinical trials of off labels and supplements and ensure that oncologists are educated in their existence and usage.
