Summary
People should not face criminal charges or fines for not having a TV licence to pay for the BBC channels. People should have the right to opt out in favour of paying for their preferred subscription channels and streaming services. End the criminalisation and fines for not having a TV licence. BBC should find other sources of funding the same as all other channels. Many of us don't watch BBC channels.
