Approve and implement the EHRC guidance on meaning of sex in the Equality Act

Summary

The Supreme Court has issued a ruling relating to the definition of sex in the Equality Act. We want the Government to immediately approve and implement the resulting guidance produced by EHRC. We think the delay is untenable. We believe the government demonstrates a complete disregard for the rights of all women and girls in everyday life by attempting to delay approving and implementing the guidance produced by the EHRC.
