Summary
Reduce the time in which fireworks can legally be set off to reduce the nuisance & detrimental effect on animals & vulnerable members of the community. We think fireworks are a public nuisance and there are endless reports of people setting them off later in the evenings on & around bonfire night in particular. This causes distress & disturbances to many people & animals, resulting in health issues.
