Summary
Make 'ghosting' job applicants illegal after an interview. Job applications are time consuming for applicants. Some companies interview applicants and then provide no response. Companies should be required to provide interview feedback within a reasonable time frame Make it law that companies provide constructive interview feedback within a reasonable time frame (e.g. 45 days, as recent law coming in Ontario, Canada). Feedback should be personalised (not generic AI generated). This will help applicants understand the reasons behind them not being successful in their application, and ultimately help the UK employment market.
