Ban the sale and release of exotic and native waterbirds

Summary

Ban all breeding, sale and release of exotic and native water birds. We think birds may be mis-sold by breeders, which could lead to charities having to step in and rescue birds that are put in danger when released in insecure locations with unsuitable conditions by inexperienced owners. I am a volunteer swan rescuer and I have seen many examples of irresponsible handling of birds and think we need to stop the sale and release of exotic and native waterbirds.
