Make parents legally responsible for their children's crimes against wildlife

Summary

There have been multiple reports of children torturing and killing wild animals. Change the law and prosecute the parents for their children's crimes. I believe if this is left unchecked then these children will grow up believing that it's acceptable to harm or kill wild animals. It could become a natural part of their behaviour. We believe we need stricter laws to stamp out animal cruelty, especially with children.
