Define "Significant NHS Experience" as 2-3 years for Training Prioritisation

Define significant NHS service for medical training prioritisation as two years’ NHS service for entry to core specialty training and three years’ NHS service for entry to higher specialty training. We believe this will uphold fairness and protect the NHS workforce. In our view, doctors who have dedicated years of NHS service should have that contribution recognised in specialty training prioritisation.
