Summary
We ask the UK Government to review the law and introduce stronger offences and sentencing where people are seriously injured or killed by offenders using stolen or illegally ridden vehicles. Current laws do not always reflect the devastating consequences for victims and their families. We believe that where offenders knowingly ride stolen vehicles, drive dangerously, flee the scene, or show reckless disregard for human life, sentences must be tougher. We want this new law to be called Sienna’s Law.
