HAMDT 1109 (104th)
An amendment to prohibit any civilian science funds to be provided to colleges and universities that prohibit or prevent the establishment of an ROTC unit, or to institutions that prevent a student from enrolling in an ROTC program at another school. Under the amendment, the agency awarding funds would be responsible for determining whether the institution was "anti-ROTC."
