HAMDT 1226 (104th)
An amendment, offered as a substitute to the Markey amendment, to prohibit funds appropriated in the bill for Hazard Substance Superfund cleanup activities to be used to provide any reimbursement (except as specified in existing law) for cleanup costs incurred by any person if that person has previously agreed to pay such costs under a judicially approved consent decree entered into before the enactment of this act.
