HAMDT 183 (105th)

An amendment to make in order the following changes in the consideration of H. R. 1119 for amendment: it shall be in order: (A) to offer the amendment No. 7 in part 1 of House Report 105-137 in a modified form, to debate it for 90 minutes equally divided and controlled, and to consider it as though printed in House Report 105-137; (B) to offer the amendment No. 15 in part 2 of House Report105-137 in a modified form, and to debate it for 10 minutes, and consider it as though printed in House Report 105-137; (C) to offer an amendment By Rep. Everett, and that the time for debate on the amendment be limited to 1hour and to otherwise consider it as though printed in House Report 105- 137; (D) to offer an amendment by Representative Weldon (PA), which shall be in order as though printed as amendment No. 42 in Part 2 of House Report105-137; and (E) to offer an amendment by Representative Traficant , which shall be in order as though printed as amendment No. 43 in part 2 of House Report 105-137; and that the additional time of general debate on the subject of U.S. forces in Bosnia shall precede the offering of amendments numbered 8 and 9 in part 1 of the report rather than preceding the offeringof amendments numbered 1 and 2.
