HAMDT 186 (99th)

An amendment to Title X, requiring that progress payments be based on actual progress. Progress payments may be made only after the work is accomplished and in accordance with a payment schedule commensurate with estimated cost of accomplished work of acceptable quality. If the contractual terms, specifications, and price is not definite, the progress payment may not exceed 80 percent of the work accomplished. This is waived in the case on small purchases.
