HAMDT 252 (99th)
Amendments en bloc that increase military aid and decrease economic aid to the Philippines, but maintains the bill's overall aid total of $180 million in each of fiscal years 1986 and 1987 for that country. It authorizes $95 million in economic support funds (ESF), $35 million in foreign military sales (FMS) funds, and $40 million in Military Assistance Program (MAP) grants for the Philippines.
