HAMDT 280 (105th)
An amendment consisting of two amendments offered in bloc to prohibit the use of funds appropriated in the bill to be used for contracts or grants to any institution of higher education that prohibts ROTC or restricts military recruiters from their campus; and to prohibit any funds from being used to enter into contractual agreements with businesses that do not comply with the reporting requirements regarding veterans hiring practices.
