An amendment comprised of several amendments offered en bloc and made in order by the provisions of H. Res. 267. The en bloc amendment provides for keeping in place the requirement for Eximbank to administer program provisions in the bill in accordance with the recommendations of the Secretary of the Treasury; limiting authority to accept reimbursements in certain cases; and, removing the requirement for the Secretary of the Treasury to consult with the Secretary of State when compiling its report on all loans considered by Boards of Executive Directors of certain institutions.
