An amendment expressing the sense of Congress that the U.S. should strongly support the efforts of developing countries to improve infant feeding practices, in particular, through the promotion of breastfeeding. It authorizes up to $5,000,000 dollars for these purposes. The President is required to report to Congress on actions in this effort.
