HAMDT 583 (104th)

An amendment, printed as amendment No. 71 in the Congressional Record of July 19, 1995, to increase funding appropriated in the bill for the USDA Office of the Chief Economist by $1 million, in order to provide funding for a report on the impact of the introduction of synthetic bovine growth hormone on small farms in the United States. The amendment would offset this increase in funds by reducing the appropriation for Foreign Agricultural Service.
