HAMDT 61 (97th)
An amendment to place the Corporation under the auditing authority of the Comptroller General and the General Accounting Office. The Comptroller General and GAO will have the same authorities with the Corporation as it has with departments and agencies of the U.S., including the authority to settle and adjust the accounts of the Corporation.
