An amendment to authorize a total of $1.2 billion for increased up-front costs for three weapons systems--the F-15, HARM missile, and the IIR Maverick missile and to provide for these increases by making comparable reductions in the AMRAMM, and Stinger missile systems and the M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle authorizations.
