An amendment dealing with enforcement of the Military Selective Service Act. The amendment prohibits Title IV higher education assistance to any student who has not registered for the draft. The Director of the Selective Service is to verify to the Secretary of Education such registration. Students not registered will have 30 days to register and thus be eligible for assistance.
