An amendment to require the Secretary of Defense to conduct a full and complete study and evaluation of the recent report and recommendations of the Chairman of the VISTA 1999 task force entitled VISTA 1999, A LONG-RANGE LOOK AT THE FUTURE OF THE ARMY AND NATIONAL GUARD. The study is to include recommendations for implementation of the contents of the VISTA study.
