HAMDT 79 (104th)
An amendment to clarify exactly what it is that the President may rescind to the extent that rescissions must consist of actual dollar amounts of any discretionary budget authority specified in an appropriation Act or conference report or joint explanatory statement accompanying a conference report on the Act. (Text of the amendment was printed as amendment No. 18 in the Congressional Record of February 1, 1995.).
