HAMDT 803 (103rd)
An amendment to clarify that receipts from building-use fees are to be treated in the same manner as receipts from franchise fees; to clarify that the value of existing possessory interests will continue to be determined in accordance with existing law and contracts; and, to clarify which unsatisfactory ratings of concessioners are to be reported to Congressional committees.
