HAMDT 81 (101st)
An amendment comprised of two amendments offered en bloc to designate a list of communist countries which may receive U.S. humanitarian assistance, and to require the President to report to the Congress every three months for as long as such assistance is being provided whenever a country on the communist country list is receiving such assistance.
