An amendment to eliminate the provisions of P.L. 100-563, which require the first $15 million of appropriated funds under section 8 of the Colorado River Storage Project Act to be used to compensate a local water users association for the use of lands it owns in Utah. The amendment would make such funds available for fish and wildlife mitigation measures associated with the Central Utah Project rather than compensate the water association.
