SAMDT 1678 (100th)
To extend the indemnification authority under the Price-Anderson Act for 30 years, until August 1, 2017; and to require the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to report to Congress by August 1, 2013, and the Secretary of Energy by August 1, 1997, and every ten years thereafter, on the need for modifications to the Price-Anderson Act provisions.
