To provide that, of the amount made available under title IV for the Navy for research, development, test, and evaluation, up to $1,000,000 may be made available for Marine Corps assault vehicles for development of carbon fabric-based friction materials to optimize the cross-drive transmission brake system of the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle.
