SAMDT 2039 (97th)
To provide that nothing in the Act shall be interpreted to limit in any manner the Department of Justice in enforcing the Constitution of the United States nor shall anything in the Act be interpreted to modify or diminish the authority of the courts of the United States to enforce fully the Constitution of the United States.
