SAMDT 2433 (100th)
To provide that, in considering the extension of Most Favored Nation trading status to any country signatory to the Final Act on Security and Cooperation in Europe, the President shall consider the extent to which that country is in compliance with such Final Act, particularly the human rights and humanitarian provisions.
