SAMDT 2733 (100th)
To provide that no later than 60 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall report on the financial impact that forward contracting, hedging, and associated margin requirements for wheat, feed grains, and soybeans margin during the recent drought-related period of price volatility.
